What do I know?
About Me
Hey, I’m Dan, a New Zealand-born entrepreneur currently based in Sydney. I build digital and physical brands that sit at the intersection of health, performance, and technology. Over the past few years, I’ve created and launched a collection of ventures under the umbrella of Core Haus, my creative and operational engine for everything from biotech to web tools.
What I’ve Built
I like to build things that move between clinical precision and creative chaos, whether that’s supplement brands, SaaS tools, or directories that help people find what they’re looking for faster.
Some of my current and past projects include:
Peptide OS — a digital platform designed to educate and track peptide protocols for both individuals and clinicians.
MacroTDEE.com — a free, SEO-optimized macro, TDEE, and BMR calculator that helps people understand their nutrition and energy balance.
Haus of Wellness — a national directory connecting people with saunas, spas, studios, and recovery spaces.
Core Haus — the parent brand and incubator that fuels all of these ventures.
What Interests Me
I’m drawn to projects that merge science, technology, and storytelling.
Things like:
Human performance, anti-aging, and biohacking
Brand design and digital ecosystems
Automation, SEO, and web-scale content strategy
Experimental business models and creative commerce
Building systems that make information — and opportunity — more accessible
Why “I Know Nothing”
The name I Know Nothing is a reminder that everything starts from curiosity. The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don’t know — and that’s the fun part. This site is a place for notes, ideas, half-built projects, and whatever else I’m experimenting with next.
If you’ve somehow landed here, welcome — you’re probably as curious (and slightly obsessive) as I am.
